For the Chicken:
4 small-medium chicken breasts (or 2 large, halved)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup light cream or heavy cream
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Directions:
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. Lower heat and add minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds.
4. Pour in cream, stirring continuously. Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth. Stir in chopped spinach (if using) and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Return the cooked chicken to the pan, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
