For the Crust:

✔ 6 tbsp melted butter
For the Banana Cheesecake Filling:
✔ 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
✔ 1 cup granulated sugar
✔ 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
✔ 3 large eggs
✔ ½ cup sour cream
✔ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✔ 1 tbsp cornstarch
For the Caramel Topping:
✔ ½ cup caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
✔ 1 banana (sliced, for garnish)
✔ Whipped cream (optional)
👩🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2️⃣ Make the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside.
