🥄 Ingredients
For the batter:

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

¾ cup granulated sugar

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup milk 🥛

⅓ cup melted butter 🧈

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the topping:

¾ cup brown sugar

¼ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup cocoa powder

1½ cups hot water

🔥 Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Make the batter: In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Pour batter into baking dish.

3️⃣ Add the topping: In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cocoa. Sprinkle evenly over the batter—do not stir.
