• 1 egg
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 3 jalapeños (deseeded & diced)
• 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)

For the Creamy Ranch Drizzle:
• ½ cup ranch dressing
• 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
• 1 teaspoon lime juice
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
• Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
2. Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
• In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, breadcrumbs, egg, and milk.
• Mix until well combined.
• Fold in shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, and crumbled bacon.
3. Shape & Bake:
• Press the mixture into the greased loaf pan.
• Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temp 160°F/70°C).
4. Make the Ranch Drizzle:
• In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, cream cheese, and lime juice until smooth.
