My husband and I have always enjoyed Rachel’s recipes, and they’re so easy to follow. My favorite recipes are the Hibachi Stir-Fried Chicken and Veggies, Fiesta Stuffed Bell Peppers, Shrimp and Broccoli—just to name a few.
