🍝🥩 Creamy Tuscan Beef Pasta
- Ingredients:
For the Beef & Pasta:
1 lb beef sirloin or ground beef
12 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or rigatoni)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Sauce:
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2 cups baby spinach
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp butter
-Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef, season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
Add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
4️⃣ Combine Everything:
Return the beef to the skillet along with the cooked pasta and baby spinach.
Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
Let cook for another 2 minutes until spinach wilts.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Garnish with extra Parmesan and serve hot.
