Crockpot Philly Cheesesteak Pasta Casserole Creamy and Delicious 🍝🧀
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 cup beef broth
2 cups penne or rotini pasta
2 cups shredded provolone cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Begin by cooking the pasta according to package instructions until it reaches al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.

3. Add the diced onion and both bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté the mixture until the vegetables are softened and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. In your crockpot, layer half of the cooked pasta at the bottom. On top of the pasta, add half of the beef and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle half of the shredded provolone cheese over this layer.

5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining pasta, beef mixture, and cheese, creating a lovely multi-layered casserole.

6. In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Once mixed, pour this flavorful broth evenly over the layers in the crockpot.

7. Secure the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. This allows all the flavors to meld and creates a delicious, creamy texture.

8. After cooking, check to ensure everything is hot and creamy. Serve warm, and enjoy your comforting, cheesy dish!
