Italian Dressing
Ingredients:
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp marjoram
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
⅛ tsp ground thyme
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Mix the Ingredients – In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, garlic, and all seasonings until well combined.
Store & Use – Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate for up to a week. Shake or mix before each use, as the oil will separate.
Notes:
Substitute red wine vinegar with white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, or apple cider vinegar if needed.
For a milder flavor, reduce the red pepper flakes or leave them out.
Use as a salad dressing, marinade for meats, or drizzle over roasted vegetables.
