For the Chicken:
✔ 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half to make 4 thinner fillets)
✔ 1 tbsp olive oil
✔ 1 tsp salt
✔ ½ tsp black pepper
✔ 1 tsp garlic powder
✔ 1 tsp onion powder
✔ 1 tsp smoked paprika
✔ 1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Parmesan Crust:
✔ ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
✔ ½ cup shredded Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
