Caprese Pasta Salad
**Ingredients:
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
**Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package, drain, and cool. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over salad, toss, and serve chilled.
