So after my rant about AI yesterday, I was feeling discouraged with the whole Internet and my online business. I went off and had a very long think about why I started sharing recipes in the first place. It all came from my genuine love for cooking....less these days it seems🤣 But, most days I do cook dinner for my family of three and it's always nice to get people around the dinner table.
Despite AI being here to stay and taking over real people with a real passion for what we do, I'm here to stay❤️
Anyway, here's what we had for dinner last night. I'll link the recipes in the comment section below. This is an easy Oven Style Rotisserie Chicken with Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables and Couscous. I think I might start sharing some dinners here to try and show that my page isn't AI...lol
