One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 ½ cups uncooked pasta (penne or rigatoni)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Sauté the Aromatics & Beef:
In a large pot or deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
Cook the Pasta:
Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Add uncooked pasta, ensuring it’s submerged in the liquid.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
Finish with Cheese & Herbs:
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
