Ingredients:
1 whole duck
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:

Season the duck with salt and pepper, then roast at 180°C (350°F) for 1.5 hours.
In a saucepan, heat sugar and vinegar until caramelized.
Add orange juice and chicken broth, then simmer.
Thicken with cornstarch, stirring continuously.
