🇫🇷 Gigot d’Agneau (French Roasted Lamb) 🍖❤️
Tender, slow-roasted lamb leg infused with garlic and rosemary, served with roasted vegetables for a perfect French feast!
Ingredients:
1 leg of lamb (about 2 kg)
4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup white wine
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Make small incisions in the lamb and insert garlic slices.
Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting with white wine.
Let rest before slicing.
