- ¾ cup (150g) brown sugar, packed
- ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups (510g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 ½ cups chopped walnuts

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
4. Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts evenly.
7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
