CAJUN CREAM CHEESE CHICKEN BOWTIE PASTA

Ingredients:

12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1½ cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp smoked paprika
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:

1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Sear chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in cream cheese until fully melted and smooth.
6. Add mozzarella, Parmesan, and smoked paprika. Stir until sauce is thick, cheesy, and creamy.
7. Return chicken to skillet along with cooked pasta. Toss everything to coat in the rich sauce.
8. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
