Loaded Mashed Potato Bake (Gone in Minutes!)
Ingredients:
4 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter for greasing
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, sour cream, milk, half of the cheese, and seasonings.
Fold in half the bacon and green onions.
Spread mixture into the baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with extra green onions. Serve hot—it’ll disappear fast!
