Louisiana Voodoo Fries
Ingredients:
1 lb frozen French fries (crinkle cut or straight)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup pickled jalapeƱos, sliced
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional, for extra heat)
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Directions:
Bake or air fry the French fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.
Immediately toss the hot fries with Cajun seasoning in a large mixing bowl for even coating.
Arrange fries on a large serving plate or oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, crumbled bacon, and jalapeƱos.
Place under a broiler for 1-2 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Drizzle with ranch dressing and optional hot sauce for extra kick.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot!
