🇫🇷 Fromage de Tête (Head Cheese/Terrine)
📝 Ingredients:
Pork head meat (cooked & chopped): 500 g
Onion (chopped): 1
Garlic (minced): 2 cloves
White wine: 100 ml
Parsley (chopped): 2 tbsp
Salt & pepper: to taste
Gelatin: 2 tsp (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
2️⃣ Add chopped meat and wine. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3️⃣ Stir in parsley, salt, pepper, and gelatin if needed.
4️⃣ Pour into a terrine mold and chill until firm.
5️⃣ Slice and serve with pickles and bread.
