Low carb keto cheese biscuits! " Recipe and ingredients:
2 Large Eggs
2 tbsp Sour cream
2 tosp butter, melted
Whisk all those ingredients together and set aside.
In another bowl combine:
1 cup Almond Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
Once all dry ingredients are whisked together, add them to the wet ingredients and mix together.
Then add:
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
ladded a few shakes (approx 1/4 tsp)of garlic salt into the batter as well. & Preheat oven to 400° F.
Mix all ingredients and then using a scoop or approx. 3 tbsp. Drop dollops of batter onto a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook for approx. 12-14 mins (depending on your oven)
Let stand to cool and enjoy!
