2 boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Pasta π
150g small shell pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved π
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Β½ cucumber, sliced
8β10 cherry tomatoes, halved
ΒΌ red onion, thinly sliced
Black pepper & lemon juice to taste
For the Guacamole π₯
1 ripe avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste
Optional: chopped cilantro or red onion

Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Grill in a pan for 5β6 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then toss with olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper. For the guacamole, mash avocado and mix in lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Assemble the bowl: arrange sliced chicken, pasta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and a scoop of guacamole. Sprinkle with fresh pepper and enjoy!
