S'mores Blossom Kisses
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 12 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Make the Cookie Dough: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
4. Add Graham Cracker Crumbs: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until the dough is well combined.
5. Form Dough Balls: Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
6. Bake the Cookies: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. The center will still look soft but will firm up as they cool.
7. Add the Marshmallows and Chocolate: As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, gently press a few mini marshmallows into the center of each cookie, followed by a few chocolate chips.
8. Top with Hershey’s Kiss: Once the marshmallows and chocolate have settled, place one unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss on top of each cookie. Allow them to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
