Warm & Gooey Apple Pie Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped

For the Crumb Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted

For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
