Fried Olives with Garlic Aioli 🫒✨
Deliciously crispy olives paired with creamy garlic aioli!
📋 Ingredients
1 cup green olives, drained
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
📝 Instructions
Prepare the garlic aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
Dip each olive first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the breaded olives in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with the garlic aioli dip.
