I found this recipe and was impressed
1 cup of mozzarella cheese and parm cheese
1 egg
1btsp garlic powder
Italian seasons to top!
Preheat oven to 350
Line backing sheet with parchment paper Combine all ingredients in a bowl Till we'll incorporated
Place mixture on parchment paper, flatten out like a pizza crust
Bake for 15 minutes
Switch oven to broiler and move baking sheet to top rack till cheese is brown
Garnish with Italian seasonings or whatever you choose
