🇫🇷 Choux à la Crème (Cream Puffs)
Light and airy puffs filled with sweet vanilla cream—these are a timeless French treat!
Ingredients
• 100g flour
• 50g butter
• 2 eggs
• 250ml water
• 200ml whipped cream
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Boil water and butter together in a saucepan.
2. Add flour all at once, stirring until the dough pulls away from the sides.
3. Cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
4. Pipe small rounds onto a baking sheet and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20–25 minutes.
5. Cool puffs, then cut open and fill with whipped cream.
6. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
