Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (9 ounce) package cheese tortellini
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.

3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, oregano, basil, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
4. Add the tortellini to the pot and cook according to package directions, usually about 8-10 minutes, or until the tortellini are cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
