Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo Delight
Ingredients:
1 lb steak, grilled and sliced
12 oz fettuccine
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
In a pan, melt butter and add cream; simmer.
Stir in Gorgonzola until melted.
Combine pasta with sauce and add steak.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
