Papaya Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup ripe papaya (peeled & diced)
1 cup ripe mango (peeled & diced)
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup coconut water or milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt or ice (optional)
1 tsp honey (optional)
Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a glass and garnish with crushed nuts or mint.
