Mississippi Lil Smokies
Ingredients:
28 ounces Lil Smokies cocktail sausages
12 ounces beef gravy from a jar
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter
6-8 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a slow cooker, add Lil Smokies sausages.
2. Pour the beef gravy over the sausages.
3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and black pepper on top.
4. Add sliced pepperoncini peppers and place butter on top.
5. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
