Made this Air fryer Garlic Butter Roasted Mushrooms for dinner. Does this not look good?
Ingredients:
1 pound (about 450g) mushrooms (button mushrooms or cremini work well)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Clean and Prep Mushrooms:Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth or a soft brush to remove any dirt.
Trim the stems and cut the mushrooms into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
Marinate:In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss them until well-coated with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Preheat the Air Fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes.
Air Fry:Place the marinated mushrooms in the air fryer basket, spreading them out in a single layer for even cooking.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket or tossing the mushrooms halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Check for Doneness:Mushrooms should be golden brown and crispy on the edges. Adjust the cooking time if needed.
Serve:Remove the mushrooms from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
