🍫 Grilled S’Mores Quesadillas 🍫
Ingredients:
4 medium flour tortillas (or cinnamon-flavored tortillas for an extra kick)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 graham cracker sheets, broken into halves
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, for dusting)
Instructions:
Prepare Your Workspace : Brush one side of each tortilla lightly with melted butter. This will create a golden, slightly crispy exterior when grilled.
Assemble the Quesadillas : Lay two tortillas on a clean surface, buttered side down. Sprinkle half of the marshmallows evenly over each tortilla, followed by a layer of chocolate chips. Place two graham cracker halves on top of the chocolate, breaking them slightly if needed to fit. Top with the remaining tortillas, buttered side facing up.
Cook to Golden Perfection : Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Carefully place one quesadilla onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the marshmallows and chocolate have softened. Press down gently with a spatula to encourage even melting. Repeat with the second quesadilla.
Finish with Flair : Remove the quesadillas from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice into wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter. For a touch of elegance, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon over the top before serving.
