🥒 Dill Pickle Gummy Worms 🥒
Ingredients:
For the Gummy Mixture:

1 cup dill pickle juice (from a jar of pickles)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1 teaspoon dill weed (finely crushed)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Green food coloring (optional, for enhanced color)
For Shaping:

Gummy worm-shaped candy molds (or any small silicone mold)
Instructions:
Prepare the Gelatin Base : In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the dill pickle juice. Allow it to bloom for 5 minutes, which helps soften the gelatin and prevents clumping.
Heat the Mixture : Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture becomes smooth. Add the sugar, crushed dill weed, garlic powder, and optional food coloring. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture is well combined.
Fill the Molds : Carefully pour the warm gummy mixture into the gummy worm molds using a small dropper or spoon. Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove air bubbles and ensure even filling.
Set the Gummies : Place the filled molds in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or until the gummies are firm and set. Once set, gently pop the gummy worms out of the molds.
Store and Serve : Store the gummy worms in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Serve chilled as a unique and tangy treat that’s sure to spark conversation.
