Ingredients:
1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
1 tsp ground cinnamon
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (optional, for serving)
Directions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Assemble the enchiladas:
Mix the apple pie filling and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
Spoon about 1/3 cup of the apple mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
