Sautéed Asparagus & Mushrooms 🌱🍄
Deliciously simple side dish for any meal!
📋 Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 8 oz asparagus
- 8 oz mushrooms
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
📝 Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the asparagus and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic if using.
