Ingredients
1 sleeve of graham crackers (about 8-10 sheets), broken into bite-sized pieces
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup crushed peanuts or pecans
2 tablespoons caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)
Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional, for balance)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Base: Spread the broken graham cracker pieces evenly across the prepared baking sheet, creating a single layer. This will serve as the crunchy foundation for your nachos.
Add the Chocolate and Marshmallows: Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the graham crackers. Next, scatter the mini marshmallows on top, ensuring they’re distributed for even melting.
