π Ingredients
For the Steak:
1.5 lb ribeye or sirloin, cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter for finishing
For the Creamy Mac & Cheese w/ Bacon:
8 oz elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar (plus extra for topping)
1/2 cup mozzarella
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt, pepper, pinch of paprika
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
For the Cheesy Broccoli:
2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar
Salt & black pepper
For the Parmesan Corn Wheels:
2 ears of corn, cut into 1-inch wheels
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cracked black pepper
π¨βπ³ Instructionsπ₯ Steak:
Toss steak strips in oil, Worcestershire, garlic/onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate 15β30 mins.
Sear in a hot skillet for 2β3 min per side. Add butter during last minute. Let rest before slicing.
π§ Mac & Cheese:
Boil pasta until al dente. Drain.
In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, cook 1 min. Slowly whisk in milk and cream.
Stir until thickened. Add cheeses, stir until melted.
Mix pasta with sauce. Top with extra cheese & bacon crumbles.
π₯¦ Cheesy Broccoli:
Steam or boil broccoli until tender.
In a pan, melt butter, add cream, then stir in cheddar.
Add broccoli and toss until coated. Season to taste.
π½ Parmesan Corn:
Toss corn wheels in melted butter, garlic powder, and pepper.
Grill or roast at 425Β°F for 15β20 min, flipping halfway.
Sprinkle parmesan on top before serving.

Want that steak extra juicy? Let it rest at least 5β7 minutes before slicing.
Use smoked cheddar or gouda in the mac for added depth.
For extra cheesy corn, sprinkle a little mozzarella and broil for 2 min!
