Low Carb Pizza Bowls
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken or ground turkey
1 cup marinara sauce (low-sugar)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease individual ramekins or small oven-safe bowls.
Layer chicken, marinara sauce, bell peppers, mushrooms, and mozzarella in each ramekin.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Serve warm.
