Indulgent Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast

Ingredients:
8 slices of thick-cut brioche bread
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter, for frying
Maple syrup, for serving
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto 4 slices of brioche bread.
Top with fresh chopped strawberries, then cover with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar until fully combined.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides, and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and maple syrup on the side.
