WOULD YOU EAT THIS GARLIC STEAK POTATO FOIL PACKETS 🥩🥔🧄✨
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your favorite cut), cut into bite-sized pieces
1 lb baby potatoes, quartered
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed (optional)
Aluminum foil for wrapping
Instructions:
Preheat the Grill or Oven: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F/200°C) or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the Steak and Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the steak pieces and quartered baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until everything is well coated.
Prepare the Foil Packets: Tear off 4 large sheets of aluminum foil (about 12x12 inches each). Divide the steak and potato mixture evenly between the foil sheets. If desired, add a small cube of butter to each packet for extra richness.
Seal the Packets: Fold the sides of the foil over the steak and potatoes to create a sealed packet. Make sure the edges are tightly crimped to keep the steam inside.
Cook the Packets:
For the Grill: Place the foil packets directly on the grill grates and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. The steak should be cooked to your liking, and the potatoes should be tender.
For the Oven: Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes are soft and the steak is cooked through.
Serve: Carefully open the foil packets (be cautious of the steam) and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve the garlic steak and potatoes directly from the foil for a rustic meal.🥰❤️
