Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients:

- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 2 lemons

- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- Pita bread
- Sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce for serving

Instructions:
