Ingredients:
For the grilled chicken 🍗
Chicken breast
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Garlic (minced)
Oregano
Salt & pepper
For the salad 🥗
Romaine lettuce
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
Cucumber slices
Red onion (thinly sliced)
For the tzatziki 🥒🧄
Greek yogurt
Cucumber (grated)
Garlic (minced)
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Fresh dill or parsley
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Grill until golden and juicy. Toss the salad ingredients together in a bowl. For tzatziki, mix all ingredients until creamy. Slice the chicken, serve over the salad, and top with a big spoon of tzatziki.
