🍹 Whipped Pink Lemonade 🌸
Ingredients:
2 tbsp pink lemonade mix (or regular lemonade mix + a few drops of red food coloring)
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1½ cups cold water
Ice cubes
Optional: Maraschino cherries or tiny paper umbrellas for garnish
Instructions:
Whip the Cream:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the pink lemonade mix and heavy whipping cream. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip on high speed until the mixture thickens and forms stiff peaks—about 2–3 minutes.
Prepare the Lemonade Base:
In two tall glasses, add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each. Pour in ¾ cup of cold water per glass and stir well until dissolved.
Add Ice Generously:
Fill each glass about two-thirds full with ice cubes for a chilled, refreshing texture.
Top with Whipped Cream:
Spoon the whipped cream over the top of each glass, mounding it high for that signature fluffy finish.
Serve & Stir:
Before drinking, stir the whipped cream into the lemonade for a creamy, smooth flavor experience that’s light and satisfying.
