🍳 Beef Meatloaf Pasta Skillet
🍽️ Servings: 4–6
⏱️ Total Time: ~35 minutes
🥄 One-Pot Meal
🔹 Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (or just dried parsley)

Salt & pepper, to taste

2 tbsp ketchup (adds that classic meatloaf flavor)

8 oz uncooked pasta (elbow, rotini, or penne work well)

2 1/2 cups beef broth (or water + beef bouillon)

1 cup marinara or tomato sauce

1/2 cup milk (optional, for creamier texture)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella/Colby Jack)

Optional: crushed crackers or breadcrumbs for topping

🔹 Instructions:
1. Brown the Beef:

In a large deep skillet or sauté pan, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.

Drain excess grease.

Stir in garlic, Worcestershire, ketchup, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cook for another 1–2 minutes.

2. Add Liquids and Pasta:

Stir in uncooked pasta, beef broth, and tomato sauce.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.

Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed.

Add a splash of milk near the end for extra creaminess (optional).

3. Finish with Cheese:

Stir in half the shredded cheese until melted.

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, cover, and let melt for 1–2 minutes.

Optionally, top with crushed crackers or breadcrumbs for a nod to classic meatloaf texture.

4. Serve:

Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Garnish with parsley, if desired.
