Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Symphony milk chocolate bars, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
7. Fold in the chopped Symphony chocolate bars.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
10. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting.
