Creamy Beef Soup
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (lean)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup beef broth (low-sodium)
1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Instructions:
Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and diced tomatoes, then let simmer for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
