Monster Chicken Bacon Alfredo Hurricane Wraps
Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 6 slices chicken bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped green bell pepper and red onion; sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked chicken bacon, sautéed vegetables, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Lay out the flour tortillas flat. Evenly distribute the chicken and bacon Alfredo mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
5. Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly into wraps.
6. Place the wraps seam side down in a baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.
