Cheesy Pizza Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread (your choice)
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (or your favorite pizza toppings)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon of softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
4. Layer the mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the bread in the skillet.
5. Spoon the pizza sauce over the cheese, then add the pepperoni and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
6. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
7. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom slice is golden brown.
8. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
9. Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve.
