Broccoli Salad 🥦🥓🧀

**Ingredients:
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- ½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
- ½ cup red onion, chopped
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup sunflower seeds or chopped almonds
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

**Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, crumbled bacon, cranberries or raisins, and red onion.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, black pepper, honey (or sugar), salt, and apple cider vinegar.
3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until evenly coated.
