Ingredients
For the Cake:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
½ cup oil
2 cups wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 can condensed milk
200g dark or milk chocolate
½ box sour cream (100g)

Instructions
Making the Cake:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the milk and oil, stirring to combine.
4. Gradually incorporate the flour while mixing until smooth.
5. Gently fold in the baking powder and vanilla extract.
6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.
7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Let the cake cool before assembling.
Preparing the Two Loves Filling:
1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, cook the condensed milk, stirring constantly, until it thickens and starts pulling away from the pan (about 10 minutes).
3. Add the melted chocolate and sour cream, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Assembling the Cake:
1. Slice the cooled cake in half horizontally.
2. Spread a generous layer of the "Two Loves" filling between the cake layers.
3. Cover the top with the remaining filling, spreading evenly.
4. Garnish with chocolate shavings or extra melted chocolate if desired.
